Sunday's Seven Snapshots vol.112

Buy one - get one free sale - they get me every time!  I needed new sneaks and was happy with this purchase.

I found sweet Ivy Lou napping in the stepkid's bed while he was away.  He loves the fur babies so much that I had to snap this pic for him.

I shared a pic on ig admitting that I buy wine based on how much I like the label.  I should've mentioned how cool the lid was too.  By the way, did you know most Australian wines are screw top?  I didn't until I moved here.

Enjoying the "Take Me to the Grave" Pinot Noir.  The label steered me correctly.  It was tasty.

My sister-in-law had an slumber party for a belated celebration of her birthday, getting a few girlfriends over for wine and laughs.

My mother-in-law sure can grow some pretty roses.  I love the vibrancy of the pink of these ones.

Sunday grub included a pulled pork sandwich plus CRISPY bacon.

I start a new job which means new routine. I hope blog time doesn't suffer too much.

Have a great new week to you!

  1. I buy wines based on the label too! I would do well with screw tops- last night I totally ruined a bottle of wine because the cork totally fell apart in it. Ugh!

  5. All the blooming is happening in CHS right now. It's delightful and horrifying at the same time. So pretty, so allergic.

Deals on shoes are one of my favorite things to shop for. Mostly because running made me a shoe snob and I've become that person that pays over $100 for a pair of shoes. I never thought I'd be that person. That said, my $30 crossfit shoes are still the best deal I've ever gotten.

  8. Good luck with the new job! I love the photo of your cat and that the kiddo loves the fur babies so much! hehe My little sister (9) is the same way with any of our pets! I totally judge most alcohols by the bottle/label/etc. haha Glad this one was good. Interesting, I wonder why so many are screw-top there... ? XO - Alexandra

  12. Congratulations on the new job! I want both pairs of those shoes! I'm really into Big Little Lies too and sort of forgot about how messed up it was! The actors are definitely doing an awesome job. I don't usually like Reese, but this role is perfect for her.

    Love your ASICS sneakers!

Alright, I must ask - how much weight have you lost now? I can really tell in your face (the picture of you holding the wine glass especially)!
